We went west from Presque Isle to a hump between Walnut creek and Trout run. The bite is on and the best lures were Bagley Bango's. Fished at 80 to 100' back in 33 FOW. These run well at 2.3-2.5 mph. Our biggest fish for the morning trip was 31.5" a very healthy fish. We ended our 1/2 trip with 7 in the box and 3 lost. The Sheehead were very much in the mix and they kept the gear working constantly. We boated one that went at least 20lbs. It made for a though fight for our angler even though it went back.
Took out a second crew for the afternoon bite and stayed close for some perch. The schools were small and broken up, but we did find enough to put 40 in the box. The big fish for this trip was a 27.5" Walleye, we decided to troll from one pech spot to another just to see what the fish on the screen were. We werein 33 FOw of water with a reef runner 800 back 85'. I great surprise for our crew to take home. Now that the wter temps have come up and the fish are biting we are looking to a great week this coming week and through the weekend. We have Sunday open as of now and would be glad to book it for anyone wanting to go get some walleye.

Good Luck to All
Hope to see you on the Water
