WALLEYE:

Eight year old Fred Baker of Fairview and Brian Anthony, eleven, of Pittsburg came in to get a citation (Angler Award) for this 6 pound Walleye. Brian caught it along with the other people on board the boat with a total of 18 Walleye. They were caught on worms west of Walnut. They weren't sure how deep though.

Ten year old Brett Benson, his father Daryl Benson and his mother and cousin came in with two of their 14 Walleye for weighing. They caught them in 75
ft of water in the second trench using worm harnesses on a red Dipsy. This was on their maiden voyage.

Steven Beagle of Millville, PA brought in this walleye for citation (Angler Award). It weighed 8 pounds 5 ounces and was 31 inches long. He was
on "Sea Wolf" charters with three other people and they all caught their limit. This one
was caught on a worm harness, chartreuse and red in 55 ft of water North of Walnut Creek about 4 miles out.
The fishing is still great but today, Thursday, it was not too good this morning. We had 3-5 ft waves until around 2 PM and then it started settling down.
They were still bringing in the fish though.
The weather for the weekend is looking great. According to Cleveland, the lake forecast is: Friday, South winds, 2 ft or less. Saturday, Sunday and Monday, Southwest winds 2 ft or less. So have a great time fishing.
I don't know of to many people going out for Perch. The ones that are going out are going out anywhere in 49 to 55 ft of water, straight out of
Walnut Creek. Some are also going off the Lighthouse. They are getting some but it seems everyone is out for Walleye still.
