Report: Per the suggestion of Poor Richards, we went due north of Presque Isle into 90-100ft. We were hunting for the big walleyes. We launched out of Lampe and went North West near the Canadian border.

We fished for about 6 hours. We caught no dinks. We caught 6 eyes the smallest one was 21 inches and the 2 larges ones were 26 inches and were fat.

We had a new crew and we were behind the learning curve. I think if I could have just run the boat and not the poles too, we could have stayed right on them and gotten more.

It is a lot of gas to travel the 12-14 miles, put it was worth it.

Have a blessed day on the water
