The construction is on-going in the South parking lot. The electricians are putting the electric lines in for the twenty-two lights that will be put in the lot. Next, the grass islands will be removed and the whole lot will be resurfaced. New lines will be painted to handle the bigger trailers. There will also be pedestrian cross walks painted. The fishing is a little slow mostly due to the weather. Bass are being caught all along the shore line. Just look for rocky formations. Some Perch are being caught in 42 ft of water off the point and 30-45 ft of water off Walnut and Trout Run. Not too many yet though. A few Walleye have been caught at night off Racoon and Godfrey from shore. Also a couple caught in 30 ft of water off Walnut Creek. |
