| Not really a report but an observation. So many people are intent on "limits" of perch that I think we will be in the same boat with perch as we currently are with walleye. I remember 10 years ago bringing in coolers full of walleye and where did that get us? Guys, please only take what you will eat. Don't gauge a day of fishing on whether or not you limited. I laugh when I hear guys say that the perch pack moved. It didn't move it got fished out. It seems that since the walleye fishing stinks that everyone is making up for it with perch now. Do people really need to come up and get a PA and Ohio limit? If you fish once a month or two then yeah I guess thats o.k. We need to insure our future because nobody else will. |
